Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of prescription verification.

What This Means:

  • Order placed: We begin prescription verification immediately
  • Prescription verified: We process and prepare your order
  • Order ships: Within 24 hours after verification is complete
  • You receive tracking: Email notification when your order ships

Note: Prescription verification typically takes 4-8 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Best for: When you need lenses sooner

2-Day Shipping (2 Business Days)

  • Carrier: USPS Priority Mail
  • Delivery: 2 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Full tracking provided
  • Best for: Fast replacement orders

Next-Day Delivery (1-2 Business Days)

  • Carrier: FedEx or USPS Express
  • Delivery: Overnight or 1-2 business days after shipment
  • Tracking: Full tracking provided
  • Best for: Emergency replacements

Important: Shipping times begin after your prescription is verified and your order is shipped. They do not include prescription verification time (typically 4-8 business hours).

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

Delivery Addresses

We ship to:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • PO Boxes (USPS shipping methods only)
  • APO/FPO addresses (USPS only)

We cannot ship to:

  • International addresses (except Canada)
  • Invalid or incomplete addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Contact lenses are medical devices that require proper storage. We ensure:

  • All lenses are stored in climate-controlled facilities
  • Shipping during extreme weather is carefully managed
  • Products are protected during transit

If you have concerns about weather conditions affecting your delivery, please contact us before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost:

  • Contact us immediately at support@globallens.com
  • We'll file a claim with the carrier
  • We'll either reship your order or issue a full refund

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and contents
  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@globallens.com
  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund

We stand behind every order and will make it right if something goes wrong during shipping.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Before Your Order Ships:

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately:

After Your Order Ships:

Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order. You may refuse delivery and the package will return to us, or you can accept delivery and initiate a return per our Refund & Return Policy.
