  • We do not initiate or complete deliveries on weekends.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once the order ships.

    Lost & Missing Orders

    • Tracking and Resolution: Orders to Canada and the USA are tracked via Canada Post and USPS. Orders shown as 'delivered' are not eligible for refunds. For issues regarding orders not delivered, please contact your local Canada Post or USPS office directly.
    • Lost Orders: Orders that are lost en route will be reshipped at no additional cost to you.
